With expertise in economic development, real estate and information technology, Cass brings considerable management, marketing and government affairs experience to her position at TMO.
Most recently, as a consultant with Hamilton, Rabinovitz & Alschuler, Inc., she advised the state and city officials in their negotiations with the federal government over acquisition of Governors Island in New York Harbor.
Cass was previously director for real estate sales and marketing with Advanced Digital Internet, a NYC-based wireless Internet services company. Also, as director of brokerage services for the Real Estate Board of New York, she was responsible for industry relations for the city's residential and commercial brokerage community and helped establish standards of professional conduct.
As vice president of the International Design Center New York in Queens, Cass led a rezoning initiative that allowed 1.3 million square feet of development.
Also, as first executive vice president of the NYC Public Development Corporation -- now known as the Economic Development Corporation -- Cass managed operations of a 200-employee organization with a $150 million capital budget and a $12 million operating budget.
Cass graduated from the University of Dayton in Dayton Ohio, and is a founding member of Commercial Real Estate Women.
