Francis C. (Frank) Marino, who founded The Marino Organization in 1993, has more than two decades of communications experience in both the public and private sectors.

He is highly regarded in the New York City metropolitan area as a skilled communications strategist and public relations practitioner serving both business and not-for-profit clients.  Frank provides senior strategic counsel to large corporations and prominent business and trade associations.  He is also recognized as one of the region’s top communications strategists in the areas of real estate and community affairs.

When Home Depot -- one of the world's most successful retailers -- needed to create a multi-year public relations strategy to penetrate its new market in the New York metropolitan area, the company turned to Frank to lead the initiative.  Time Warner Cable also looked to Frank for strategic guidance in executing its New York City marketing program.  ConEdison Solutions, a subsidiary of Con Edison, tapped him to create a public relations game plan to support the energy services company’s expansion plans.  And the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), one of the city’s most influential business organizations, called upon Frank to design a multi-faceted public relations program that would elevate its influence with the media and with members.

He has excellent working relationships with many leading editors and reporters, and has advised Fortune 100 corporations, major trade organizations, publishers, public and elected officials, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, arts organizations, publishers, startups and business services firms.

Frank served as senior vice president of the New York City Public Development Corporation, now called the Economic Development Corporation.  He helped manage the City's business attraction and business retention programs.  Frank was a key liaison with many of New York City's top corporations and employers.  He was the corporation's spokesperson and oversaw public affairs, media relations and marketing.

A graduate of Iona College, Frank has been a senior manager in the New York State Assembly and a political campaign consultant.
